Will I be charged sales tax or VAT on my bymatko.eu purchase?
byMatko is a Norwegian registered company and outside the EU. We are registered in Denmark through a partner in Copenhagen with a CVR number. This offers us the opportunity to sell our products within the EU while collecting VAT for all countries within the union.
We adhere to the laws and regulations in the EU that apply when offering products for sale online. This includes, but is not limited to giving customers a 14-day grace period of returning merchandise. Note that any returns need to be made adhering to our return policy.
Can I track my order online?
A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order is packed and ready for shipping. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment.
